Our Founder's wealth of experience across multiple sectors shaped her mastery of community development, inclusivity training, and customer success, leading to the creation of Noshie Consulting. This vision spurred the development of our specialized programs. The "The Professional Immigrant's Blueprint" program, born out of her personal journey as an immigrant, provides a comprehensive suite of training for skilled newcomers to Canada, equipping them with the skills to thrive professionally. At the same time, our "Cultural Synergy: Leveraging Immigrant Talent" program helps businesses, universities, and government departments effectively employ, promote, and encourage skilled newcomers, revolutionizing their workplaces to be inclusive, welcoming, and prepared to leverage the rich diversity immigrants bring.

Meet Brenda- Founder and Executive Director. Brenda brings ​over a decade of experience and expertise, with a background ​in training, research, and project management.

With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's ​degree in International Affairs, Brenda began her career as a ​student advisor. However, her passion for leading meaningful ​projects and bringing her vision to life led her to pursue a ​career in community development.

Brenda finds great satisfaction in seeing her hard work and ​dedication come to fruition, resulting in positive changes in ​business value. Over the past ten years, she has successfully ​managed various projects, driven by her interest and passion ​for creating impactful change.

As the Founding Director of Noshie Consulting, Brenda leads ​the company in providing exceptional tailored services that ​meet our clients' unique needs and preferences. Her ​experience and expertise ensure that every project we ​undertake is executed with precision, care, and attention to ​detail.

Meet Bulcha - Senior Director at Noshie Consulting. With ​over eight years of experience in business development ​and customer success, Bulcha is a valuable asset to the ​team.

With his Bachelor of Science and Commerce degree, he ​has successfully matched clients in Technology, ​Healthcare, Oil and Gas, and Government Relations with ​their business needs. As an advocate for lifelong learning, ​he continues to refine his skills to serve his clients better ​and achieve their business goals.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Bulcha is also an ​expert in personal development. He draws from his ​experience, philosophy, psychology and classical ​literature to help young adults find their self-worth.
